Prepare the system before you launch

Use this sequence for a first installation, after major Windows changes, or whenever the loader reports an environment problem.

READINESS CHECK

Confirm these conditions first

Windows 10 and Windows 11 are supported. Windows 11 25H2 & 26H1 can require a downgrade when system-level issues persist.

Previous permanent spoofers can leave changes behind. Tell support if another provider was used on this installation.

The Troubleshooter and purchased product loader must run as administrator so required system checks can complete.

REQUIRED COMPONENT

Install the complete Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable runtime package before running the Troubleshooter or any product loader.

Product setup differs. Select your exact product before opening its launch procedure.

The procedure panel appears after you select a product.

LAUNCH PROCEDURE

Do not skip ahead even if you have used a previous version of the loader.

DOWNLOAD

Download the standalone Troubleshooter below and run it as administrator.

VERIFY

Open the downloaded Troubleshooter and wait for the command window to report completion. Required checks should be green before continuing.

LAUNCH

Download or open the loader for your purchased product, then follow its prompts exactly.

Run the product loader as administrator.
Enter your license key and confirm it.
The loader can delete, reinstall, and rename itself as part of its protection routine.
Wait until the loader says it is waiting for the game.
Start the game only after that message appears.
For external-render products, use Borderless or Windowed display mode.
